We contracted with Magic Carpet Ride to bring our students from Melbourne to Key Largo and back. This was a monumental task, as we had two separate groups going on and returning on overlapping days. Mr. Nauman Khan was extremely helpful in setting up the bus reservations and communicating with me up until the day of departure. Your drivers, Mr. Flagler and Mr. Fuchs, were impeccably professional. They arrived right on time with very clean buses. They were courteous and friendly to our adult chaperones and students.

I just want you to know that I had a great experience with Magic Carpet Ride. It was my first time chartering a bus and I must admit I was nervous and overwhelmed. I spoke to Aleta Boysel who answered all my questions and put me at ease. Our bus driver, Mr. Edward Dillard, was amazing. He was courteous, polite, friendly, helpful and a very safe driver. It is very obvious that he takes a lot of pride in his job. He definitely demonstrated great professionalism. The bus was clean, the seats were comfortable and the a/c and bathroom were in excellent working condition. Everyone in my group was completely satisfied. Magic Carpet Ride came to our rescue today when we were left stranded at the Vero Travel America truck stop. We had roughly 50 students, parents and teachers on a field trip from Port St Lucie, Florida to St Augustine. Our school booked a charter bus with another company originally. The “other company” was 30 minutes late picking us up because the driver got lost. Once they arrived we realized the air was broken on the bus and that wasn’t the worst of it! The “other company’s” bus was infested with cockroaches, which we found out when one of the passengers dropped some Chex Mix on the ground and about 7 roaches swarmed it in a matter of seconds. We demanded to get off the bus immediately which is how we ended up at the Travel America. Feeling desperate and not knowing how we were going to get 50 passengers nearly two and a half hours north of where we were, we quickly google searched for a charter bus company in Vero. Thank God we found Magic Carpet Ride! The woman that answered the phone was very helpful and immediately jumped into action. She called her manager and lined up a driver to come pick us up. The bus was very clean, had nice floors (no carpet, much more sanitary,) the air worked and our driver, Joe, was very courteous and sympathetic to our hectic start to the trip. He got us to our destination as quick as possible. We arrived safely with no issues the rest of the day. He was prompt for our pick up time at the end of the day. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you for acting so quickly to turn around what would have been a disaster and huge disappointment for our 4th grade children and parents. It is with great pleasure that I recommend Magic Carpet Ride for school bus charters. I called George last May to arrange our field trip for approximately 55 students and chaperone to EPCOT. It was an easy and pleasant experience. We talked about the date, time, pick-up arrangements and within 15 minutes I received an email with the contract and the information about their buses. The week before our field trip, George called me to confirm our date! (Usually, I have to call the bus company a few days before we our trip to make sure all is ready.)

The bus arrived on time, very clean, everything working (bathrooms, a/c and televisions), and a driver with a smile! Our driver was extremely courteous and very helpful. You could tell that he took great care of the vehicle and its occupants! All in all, it was a great day. I would gladly give Magic Carpet Ride my full recommendation and I plan to use their motor coach in the future. It's nice to have a good company located right here in Vero Beach.
